Luri AI is a private AI workspace for chat, creation, and business planning. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using Luri AI you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information: your email address and sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple).

Content you create: conversations, saved notes, writing, brand plans, supplier and product records, business profile details, and files or images you upload.

Usage information: message counts used to apply plan limits, and basic technical data such as browser type needed to keep the service running and secure.

Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only your plan status and billing identifiers.

To provide the service: answering your messages, saving your chats and notes, and running the tools you ask for.

To apply your plan: enforcing free daily limits and paid plan access.

To keep the service safe: preventing abuse, securing accounts, and fixing problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private conversations to advertise to you.

When you send a message, its content is processed by AI models to produce a reply. This processing happens through our infrastructure providers solely to operate the service.

Your conversations are stored privately under your account and are only visible to you when you are signed in.

Service providers that run Luri AI: cloud hosting and database, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and AI model providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We do not share your content with other users, and we do not sell data to third parties.

Your content stays in your account until you delete it or delete your account.

You can delete individual chats, notes, plans, and records at any time from within the workspace.

Access and export: you can copy, download, print, or share your own answers and content from the workspace.

Deletion: you can delete saved items yourself. You can also permanently delete your entire account and its associated data from the Plan page inside your workspace.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

Accounts are protected by authenticated sign-in, and your data is isolated so other users cannot access it.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use industry-standard safeguards and limit access to your information.

Luri AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Accounts require users to be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
